I paid off my mortgage using The Secret

The SECRET came to me in early November 2006. The trailer was mesmerizing. I watched it a number of times. Searched out the book and ordered it from AMAZON as it was not yet available at our CHAPTERS book store yet. I devoured the book in a few days, read it again and I am on my 3rd reading as I write. I have always been a positive thinker and I was positive this book came to me for a reason..as reinforcement to the principles I ordered the movie.

I focused on "I am a money magnet etc.." I visualized $50,000 coming to me unexpectedly. I would use the money to pay off our mortgage. I took the mortgage documents out, wrote PAID IN FULL across them, and pinned the document to the wall so it could be viewed by me every day. Every morning I arose with gratitude for what I have, and repeated the mantra "I am a money magnet, money flows to me in an avalanche of abundance etc." I knew that the $50,000 was coming to me, I had no idea how or when, I just knew.

On Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2007, my brother-in-law and sister-in-law invited us to go out for dinner. My bride of 29 years and I arrived at the restaurant about 6pm, had a wonderful meal and conversation. And then it happened. My brother-in-law handed us a card to open. Inside was a cheque for $50,000. They said they had been thinking about giving this money to us since late November of 2006. As of today, Jan. 28, 2007 we have paid off our mortgage.. a dream we have had for many years. Does the SECRET work..you be the judge.

I watched the secret the first time, and recognised the ordering of parking spaces, which I have been doing since I started to drive (This also works on the queues in banks). It was only after I watched the Secret for about the third time that I noticed the web address at the end. I spend a lot of time online going through everything. Slowly. During this time I also came across a PDF Cheque, to be made out by me, for me. I printed the cheque, and placed it on my desk at the office. I wanted to first toy with the idea and make sure the amount request made the criteria of my own belief system. I decided that a round figure of R40 000 would be exactly the kind of amount that would be absolutely believable, and yet also awesome to materialise at the same time. I filled the cheque out, signed it, and placed it next to my dream house on my vision board. I looked at the cheque for a few moments. I was filled with gratitude at being the recipient of such a large sum of money.

I dated the cheque for the first of March, as it was the first of February. 30 days is more than enough time for me to achieve the sales I need to create this amount, I reasoned. I received an answer within 30 MINUTES. There had apparently been an error, and the company I used to work for, owes me R42 675 in commission for a deal that I closed, and never got the commission for. The money will be paid across to my bank account on 1 March.

The story does not however, end there. My younger brother has a great desire for a motorcycle. He has not only watched the Secret, but was also instrumental in me watching it in the first place! I have allocated almost the entire sum of of money, except the EXACT amount he needs to raise for his motorcycle. The greatest gift I can receive, is the gift of giving.

Prosperity Game and BAM

I put out energy that I had wanted to understand how to manifest more money. I had a vague understanding about manifesting as I have studied Silva Mind Control. I put this information out about 3 weeks ago and since then, I stumbled upon this website, purchased the Movie, watched The Secret, several times, then stumbled upon Abraham-Hicks books and purchased those and some CDs, then BAM...my boss called me into the office and said that I would get an unexpected bonus of $3,000.00.

Everyday is like Christmas now. Each morning I wake up, all giggly like a child on Christmas morning, looking forward to opening my gift called Today.

May you all be blessed as well with lots and lots of abundance, prosperity, joy, fun and windfalls of money out of the blue.

Refuse To Take No For An Answer

My husband, at the age of 45 found himself having to re-invent himself career-wise. He owned a business for 12 years but due to health issues, the business folded, we claimed bankruptcy and lost all that we owned.

One day he decided that he simply had to take a step in any direction, just to get moving somewhere again. So he decided to go to school. The first two years were at a Junior College where he got his AS degree, but upon graduating he received a letter notifying him that he qualified for a special grant (actually it turns out one that is rarely given and most of the financial aid people at the school weren't even familiar with)....one that would enable him to go further with his schooling.

So he choose a speciality Photography school that is quite expensive to attend....without that grant there was no way he could have attended.

He started his classes hoping to just 'get by' until something showed up. He had an old camera that he was hoping to get by with until he could find something else.

Because the school was about 250 miles from where we had been living we lived in the back of our pickup during the weekdays for the first two months and drove to where we were staying for the weekends.

One Friday at the beginning of the semester he was given an ultimatium. If he did not have the $5,000 worth of equipment by Monday at class time he could no longer attend.

Neither one of us were working at the time, we had taken a chance going to the school and moved up there living in the pickup during the weekdays. We didn't have $50 let alone $5,000.

All Friday night driving back to where we were staying I kept saying to him "Are you going quit?" to which he would reply without hestation "No! I did not come this far to quit. I will not quit" to which of course I did the whole "But what are we going to do?" I did this for two and a half days, I was scared and couldn't see an out or how this was going to happen. But my husband just kept repeating the same "I will not quit" to anything I said. He simply would no entertain what we would do if something didn't show up. He wouldn't even look at the possibility or discuss it with me.

Sunday night, my uncle in called. I hadn't spoken to him in quite a while. They live thousands of miles from us and we keep in touch very sporatically. Just a "Hi, How you doing" and then hang up. But tonight was different. Tonight he calls and starts off with the usual "Hi, how you doing?" and I did the usual "Fine" and then he did something unusual, he just said "Your Aunt and I were talking and we decided we wanted to send you $5,000". That was it. Not $50, or $1,000, or even $10,000. Nope, out of the clear blue they called to let us know that they had decided to give us the EXACT amount we needed.

I just cried. I had been worked up all weekend and my husband simply had sat there with unwaveriing faith and just refused to even allow an option of it 'not happening'. I then explained to him what the situation was and asked him to direct deposit it into our account instead of sending us a check as they had planned to do.

By Monday morning we walked into the bank and withdrew the exact amount my husband needed to stay in school.

The Universe works to perfection. Had it been any less he couldn't have gone, had they mailed the check instead of calling to let us know it would have arrived too late and he would have had to leave before it arrived, had we left any earlier on Sunday to drive back up to school we would have missed the call, etc. etc., etc.

The more we looked at any variation the more we realized the perfection of what had just happened.

We done this many, many times. Enough that we know in our heart of hearts.....the Universe hears what we hear inside and delivers it without fail every time.

"500,000.00 in less than 30 days"

I am so enjoying the telling of this story. My husband and I set a goal to make half a million in 30 days. We used "The Secret" to clarify our direction but we also simply put together a daily practice of getting excited about the money. We were to celebrate each day at 5:00 AM and right before going to bed. That was fun! Well, after the first 8 days of doing the exercise I purchased a lottery ticket and won the million dollar prize!! I was in shock but so happy that the Secret works...I have actually been doing this for years, using these principles, but never without the visual images used in the Secret that allowed me to really see graphically that I am the creator!!

I am in love with this lifestyle!!

An opposite reaction!

A few weeks before I encountered The Secret, I've applied for this particular education loan from my local government, only to be rejected after two weeks prior to the submission of all the forms and documents.

The rejection didn't seemed to be an issue to me because I know that my parents could afford my hefty college fees.

After my encounter with The Secret (November, 2006), I've asked for an amount of money to pop up in my bank account by this month (December, 2006), and guess what, after some time, my school administrator informed me that I've got the loan! Even though I've received the rejection statement via mail from the government itself!!! The loan I've received will be directed to my account soon and I am quite suprised and happy that the Law of Attraction works big time.

More and more things are happening the way I wanted and evidences are accumulating by each and everyday.

Thank you Secret.

Yesterday I went to see my friend Kelly. She told me about The Secret and had a check from the Universe printed off and sitting atop her computer. She did not know I was coming to see her. There were 3 others in the store, but she handed the blank check to me and gave me the instructions. I took it home and looked up The Secret's website. I became a member and ordered the movie. Recently a business I ran had to be closed due to financial difficulties and we still owed $10,000 on the credit card. I called to see when the next payment was due and the balance was "zero" and so fast!!!! I can't wait to see what is happening now!

Abundance

Hi,
I was introduced to The Secret about a month ago through a spiritual friend who shares my love & hunger for enlightenment,(we both have the movie What the Bleep).
Because of my belief & energy regarding money & my business, I was faced with financial hardship.
After studying deligently with The Secret, watching it over & over, meditating on positive thoughts & gratitude, monitoring my thoughts, I have already seen encouraging progress & change.
I had a credit card bill due, called the company, asked for a grace period, or to pay less, nothing seems available,so I hung up.
But, I kept my thought uplifted, positive, knowing that Devine Principle or, the Spiritual Laws are always present and operating.

I sat quitely, reafirmed this, called back, this time they said there was 1 day grace this month, so I "paid it" on the phone, even though the amount wasn't in my account.
I had accepted a credit card payment for services the day before from a client, but it almost always takes 3-4 days to reach my acct, (no sign that the charge was even pending when I checked).
I "blessed" the situation and let it go, Knowing that I was provided for.
The next morning, when the credit card withdrawal was to hit my acct. the money from the service rendered was there! Wham, it Works!
I am so greatful for this demonstration & the knowledge of the Great Truth.

After watching the Secret, peace filled every ounce of my being. The truth has been there all along. So my manifestation was that of a financial nature. I am a car salesman and had experience the worst two months of my career there and I sent out to the Universe exactly what I needed for my life to be back on track... The first thing on the list was a chance to see my only son more and the other command was for 10,000, enough to pay off all my bills and have a really nice Christmas. I received a lawyer for my case in the custody of my son who happens to be the best family law lawyer hands down in the area... He will not work under a retainer less than 5,000.00, and he took my case... Also this same lawyer stroked me a check for $10,000.00. It works. I just finished the audio version of The Secret yesterday and was blown away. I began thinking of all the things that have happened in my life and how it makes so much sense to me now. I started practicing The Secret right away.

This morning I woke up and immediately started being grateful for the things I would be receiving. My husband has been self employed for 6 months now and it has been a struggle. Well, this morning I wrote down on a post it note.."Thank you for the new client my husband will get today." Two hours later, guess what! You got it. He called to tell me the printer company he uses called to tell him to expect a call from a new client today.

And you aren't going to believe this, but while I was typing this another existing client called and said he should be receiving a call from a new client referral today.

We were both so giggly on the phone. We are so excited and can't see what The Secret has in store for the rest of our lives!
