Making it yours.

A few years I was getting frustrated with my old computer -- it couldn't take any more upgrades, and wouldn't support Microsoft Word, which was the program most publishers accept submissions in. I went to the store that carried Macs to get a new computer and purchased the smallest notebook they had. While I was there I sat in front of the new iMac and played around. "Some day," I thought, "You will be mine..." I really saw it, sitting on my desk, all sleek and white. A few months later, an Apple store opened up in Reno and I went there for the grand opening. They had forms for a raffle, so I filled one out, thinking, hey, someone's gotta win, right? I figured it was for an iPod or something, and didn't really give it much thought, but I did sit down in front of another iMac, and again I pictured this wonderful computer on my desk at home.

I bet you can guess what happened... I got a phone call a few weeks later saying that I had one the grand prize at the Apple store - A brand new iMac AND a new printer to go with it, AND a digital camera, AND a new Sony videocamera... and oh yeah, an iPod too! This was before I had seen "The Secret," so needless to say, I am blown away to realize that I was doing the visualization. I just figured I got lucky for once, but now I realize that luck is what you make for yourself, with the help of the loving, abundant universe. Thank you so much for sharing The Secret with us.

Been Living it- just didn't know it...

I read the story by Nana... interestingly this is what my grandchildren call me. Her name caught my eye. She talks about how she had been living with the pieces to The Secret but never put the puzzle together. I could have written that story! The most bizarre was a time when I was totally broke and needed some food for my boys. I visualized a loaf of bread, jar of peanut butter, gallon of milk, and some canned goods. NO-ONE knew this. That very day, a stranger gave me a grocery bag filled with every item I visualized and then some. She didn't know "why" but was obeying a strong feeling to do this. She hoped she wasn't insulting me! We agreed it was a miracle. Amazing. Thanks for putting the pieces together... I had an "aha" moment when I watched The Secret and now realize where that miracle came from. From this day on, I am more abundant in everything and my dreams are realized!

Money DOES grow on trees!

A few days ago I walked around the corner to the fenced dumpster with a bag of trash. On my way back I noticed (as usual) paper trash had blown into our little front area of bushes and perennials, now naturally mulched with several inches of dried leaves that have fallen off the lilac bush and the apple tree that flank each end of the little garden area. I bent over and started picking up pieces of trash, and all of a sudden my eyes did a weird fluttery thing - because I couldn't believe them, I guess! Pieces of trash magically turned into money right before my eyes, and it was as if my eyes did a double take! I reached down and pulled a half-exposed dollar bill out of the leaves, and then looked around, and there were more of them! I started laughing out loud! The thought went through my mind "money DOES grow on trees!" because they were mixed in with the leaves that had fallen from the trees above me! I picked them up and brought them in, it was not a hallucination!

I decided that although this was "only" a few dollars, it was a harbinger! This morning I have received $300 in orders from customers, even though I have NOT BEEN WORKING my job since the end of August. I've worked 80 hours a week for 7-1/2 years, and I took time off to do other things that my job never allowed time for: LIVING. Instead of feeling fear of being deprived of an income because of my choice for time off, I started practicing the Law of Attraction... simply as an expression of, and gratitude for, the abundance that I already have (which once seemed to be very little, now I realize as so much that I had failed to acknowledge). Recognition and gratitude are definitely creating MORE abundance, without my effort.

This is the beginning of having an income AND a life... no more of this "either/or" lie, that was only true when I believed it. Now I believe in LIFE AND ABUNDANCE in all forms, simultaneously. I CAN have it all!

The power of intention

In the past week I've focused on what I don't have - the exact opposite of what the Secret tells you to do! This focus resulted in canceled orders! Today I decided to focus on my intentions and goals, and watched the "Secret to you" and the "Secret to Riches". I printed the secret check and wrote in a small amount I thought was reasonable, $5000. I hung it up where I will see it every day. I came back downstairs to get to work on my laptop and my phone rang. It was someone who was experiencing great results on the product I distribute and she wanted to place an order for more! That shift in my mind made all of the difference, and the shift in my mind came from watching The Secret!!!!

$3,000 supplied by the universe

I printed out the secret check and wrote how much I wanted to receive on 11/13/06.

I am happy and blessed to report that today I received a bonus check for $3000.00. That is $1000 more that I was asking for.

In fact my whole office receive an unexpected bonus based on the length of time we have been employed here. I have only been here 3 months and received $3000. Just imagine what others received.

I also used the visualization tool every day. I have yet to watch The Secret Movie but I did order it today! The possibilities are endless!
